Hey there! I’m training for the TA at the moment, and I had the same problem. I found that sit ups are fine, but don’t sit up too far, just tense your abs super tight when you do. Other than that, plank is the best, it just kills if you do it too much.

If mediterranean people do not consume dairy produce, do they tend to have problems with brittle bones in later life or other problems such as osteoporosis? and if not what are they eating to prevent these problems?
